Website use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful material, or use automated systems to misuse forms or content.
Property reviews and offers
Submitting information is a request for ezoffer llc to review a property and contact you. It is not an offer, contract, appraisal, or promise to purchase. We may decide that a property does not fit our criteria. Any actual purchase terms must appear in a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

SMS Terms
Program name: EZ Offer Property Conversations.
Our property-review form at theezoffer.com/sms-opt-in collects SMS consent with two separate optional checkboxes. The first covers non-marketing or transactional messages regarding alerts and appointment information (confirmation and reminder). The second, collected separately, covers marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. You may check one, both, or neither. Messages are sent by EZ Offer, a division of Ez Offers LLC.
- Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving a property review or offer.
- Neither checkbox is preselected. The form can be submitted without checking either box.
- Marketing consent is never combined into the non-marketing checkbox.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After your request is processed, you will receive no further recurring messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
